Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the SeeRanked Service. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.

1. The Service

SeeRanked Inc. ("SeeRanked", "we", "us") operates the AI-visibility tracking product available at seeranked.com. SeeRanked is a subscription tool that tracks how your business is described and recommended by AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and others we may add). Reports are generated from queries you supply and are for informational purposes. We don't guarantee any specific ranking, position, or business outcome.

2. Accounts

To use SeeRanked you must:

Provide accurate account information at signup.
Keep your password secure and not share your account with people outside your organisation.
Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
Comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Service.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@seeranked.com right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

SeeRanked is sold as a recurring subscription. You choose a plan (Starter, Growth, Scale, or any current tier) and a billing period (monthly or yearly). Your card is charged in advance for each billing period through our payment processor, Paddle.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan. If we change pricing we'll email you before the change takes effect.

You can change plans, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Billing page. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid cycle so you keep what you already paid for.

4. No refunds

No refunds: please read carefully: All payments to SeeRanked are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: monthly subscription fees, yearly subscription fees (including the full year paid up-front), prorated charges from mid-cycle plan changes, and any other fee shown at checkout. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund what's already been charged for the current period.

If you cancel a yearly subscription, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for; we do not refund the unused portion. If we substantially reduce features you paid for, contact us and we'll discuss options in good faith, but there is no automatic right to a refund.

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with report content, plan caps hit before the end of a cycle, forgotten renewals, or accidental purchases. Please review your plan carefully before paying.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use SeeRanked to:

Break any law or infringe anyone else's rights.
Send inputs that contain another person's private data, malware, or content that violates a third party's intellectual property.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service to third parties.
Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
Use the Service to send spam, misinformation, or defamatory content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules with no refund for any unused portion.

6. Your content and our IP

You own the campaign inputs you provide (keywords, competitors, queries). You grant us a limited licence to process them so we can run the Service and generate reports for you.

The Service, the software, the reports we generate, and everything on the SeeRanked website are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use them for the duration of your subscription, nothing more.

7. AI-generated content and no evidentiary use

SeeRanked relies on third-party language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and others we may add) to generate parts of its reports. Language models are probabilistic. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, hallucinated, or inconsistent between two identical runs. Rankings, mentions, competitor positions, and any percentages, scores, or trend lines shown in a SeeRanked report are best-effort estimates only. They are not authoritative measurements.

Use SeeRanked reports as one input into your decision-making, not the sole source of truth. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, currency, or repeatability of any figure or claim in a report.

Not evidence, not proof: You agree that SeeRanked reports and dashboards are informational only and are NOT to be used, cited, presented, or relied on as evidence, proof, expert opinion, benchmark, or factual statement in any legal, regulatory, arbitration, litigation, insurance, tax, advertising-standards, or other formal proceeding, dispute, negotiation, audit, investigation, or public claim against any third party, platform, competitor, employee, contractor, or SeeRanked itself. Any such use is at your own risk and outside the intended scope of the Service.

To the extent you nonetheless use a report in any dispute or public claim, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SeeRanked, its employees, contractors, and third-party providers harmless from every claim, cost, judgment, damage, or legal fee arising from that use.

We are not liable for business decisions you make based on a report, for actions taken by third parties (including AI providers) in response to a report, or for any direct or indirect consequences of relying on report content.

8. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can cancel your subscription any time from the Billing page. That stops future renewals; it does not delete your account or remove your data.

Deleting your account: Account admins can permanently close the workspace from Settings → Delete account. When you delete your account: (1) every team member is signed out and cannot log in again; (2) any active Paddle subscription is cancelled immediately so you are not charged again; (3) your company is archived and the Service is no longer available to your organisation.

After you delete your account, we keep your data only for a short wind-down period and then permanently delete it. Personal information, campaign inputs, reports, and other account data associated with your workspace are permanently removed within 30 days of the deletion request. Backups that may still contain your data are purged on our normal backup rotation, typically within 90 days.

Deletion is irreversible once the retention period ends. If you need a copy of your reports, export them before deleting your account.

We can terminate or suspend your account with reasonable notice if we're discontinuing the Service, or immediately if you materially breach these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends but Sections 4 (No refunds), 6 (IP), 8 (Liability), and 10 (Governing law) survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state / country where SeeRanked is registered, and disputes will be resolved in its courts. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. If a change is material, we'll email you and update the Effective date at the top. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms; if you don't, stop using the Service (subject to the no-refunds section above).
